Overall great to work with! We went through some hard times when renting with Kelly and he was always very understanding and always willing to work with us. Maintenance was always addressed immediately and taken care of in a timely manner and correctly. Not only do I respect him as a person but I also really appreciate the experience/chances he gave us throughout our renting experience with him. Would definitely rent from him again in the future!

We were always wary of landlords, hadn’t had a great experience until KB Realty. We’re happy Kelly trusted us from the beginning. We worked for that mutual trust and did our best to take care of the unit while we lived there. He was always pleasant to work with, addressed any concern we may have had, and we lived there very peacefully. (I have to mention this because I’ve had nosey landlords that pop in unannounced- KB realty was never like that with us)

Also we got our deposit back for the first time in our lives.
