Kelly Barber is the founder of KB Realty Group and brings over 15 years of hands-on property management experience to the Kansas City metro area. He graduated from the University of Missouri in 2008 and began his career in property management shortly after in 2009.

In 2016, Kelly founded KB Realty Group with a simple philosophy: manage properties as if they were his own. His approach focuses on strong communication, helping residents feel supported, and keeping ownership expenses as low and transparent as possible—without sacrificing quality or service.

Kelly takes pride in balancing tenant satisfaction with owner returns, believing that well-managed properties perform best when everyone involved is treated fairly and honestly.

Outside of work, Kelly enjoys golfing, spending time with friends, and making time for his family, who continue to be his biggest motivation both personally and professionally.

Ashley Davis is a family-loving foodie! When she isn't at work she spends her time with her husband, kids, and their dog Biggie. She is a proud Dallas Cowboys fan, and a dedicated Swiftie! She enjoys cooking up delicious meals, as well as dining out and trying new places. 

Kaleb is an experienced property management professional with seven years of dedicated service at KB Realty Group. Throughout his career, he has been involved in all facets of property management, but he is especially passionate about helping tenants find a place that truly fits their needs—a place they can comfortably call home.

Outside of work, Kaleb enjoys reading, staying active with various sports, and spending time in the kitchen exploring new recipes.

Ben is passionate about helping people find the perfect place to call home. With a strong focus on Organization, leasing and resident care. Ben Believes it's important to bring enthusiasm to every interaction. Outside of work, Ben enjoys playing the piano, spending quality time with family. exploring new restaurants, and staying active through the gym and sports! 

As a dedicated property manager, I handle all aspects of the job—from leasing and managing properties to supporting tenants and ensuring their needs are met. I graduated from the University of Kansas with a degree in Social Work, which has strengthened my ability to communicate effectively, resolve conflicts, and build positive relationships within the communities I serve. Outside of work, I enjoy sports and spending quality time with my family.

As a skilled maintenance technician, he is experienced in a wide range of general maintenance tasks and takes pride in keeping properties running smoothly and safely. Known for his reliability and hands-on problem-solving, he works hard to ensure every repair is completed with care and quality. Outside of work, he enjoys cooking, trying new recipes, and spending time with his family.
