    We currently only manage HOA’s on the Missouri side of the metro. 

  • What is the transition process like when switching to KB Realty Group?

    The transition process with KB Realty Group is simple and hands-off for owners. We take care of the leg work during the switch, including going out to the properties and introducing ourselves to tenants so everyone understands how communication and management will work moving forward.


    If there’s a vacant unit, we can put the utilities in our name so owners don’t have to deal with transferring services back and forth. Those charges are then included on your monthly owner statement for easy tracking.


    For maintenance, we do not charge markups or upcharges on repairs. Our team is able to handle most maintenance items in-house, which helps keep costs down, limits outside vendor calls, and gets issues taken care of quicker for tenants.

  • What local Kansas City vendors do you partner with for community maintenance?

    We have a strong network of trusted vendors we work with when needed. Before sending any larger repairs or projects to the board members for approval, we typically gather 2–3 bids to help make sure you’re getting quality work at a fair price.
